Return Policy Information
- No Exchanges: Exchanges are not available for orders placed via the website; only returns are accepted.
- No In-Store Returns/Exchanges: Products purchased through the website cannot be returned or exchanged in-store.
- No Return Request Required: You do not need to create a return request or obtain a return code to return a product.
Return Eligibility
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in resalable condition to be eligible for return.
- You must send the product back within 14 business days of receiving it, using the specified shipping agreement number.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the wrong product was delivered. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless an incorrect item was sent.
Exceptions
- Returns are not accepted for underwear, perfumes, bags, and accessories.
- All items being returned must be sent together in a single package.
Important Notes
- Products returned without an invoice or order form cannot be processed, as the order information cannot be identified.
- The order form is sent with your products, and the invoice is sent to your email address.
- When returning items, make sure to provide the agreement number to the courier.

Refund Process
