Return Policy Information

  • No Exchanges: Exchanges are not available for orders placed via the website; only returns are accepted.
  • No In-Store Returns/Exchanges: Products purchased through the website cannot be returned or exchanged in-store.
  • No Return Request Required: You do not need to create a return request or obtain a return code to return a product.

Return Eligibility

  • Products must be unusedunwashed, and in resalable condition to be eligible for return.
  • You must send the product back within 14 business days of receiving it, using the specified shipping agreement number.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the wrong product was delivered. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless an incorrect item was sent.

Exceptions

  • Returns are not accepted for underwearperfumesbags, and accessories.
  • All items being returned must be sent together in a single package.

Important Notes

  1. Products returned without an invoice or order form cannot be processed, as the order information cannot be identified.
    • The order form is sent with your products, and the invoice is sent to your email address.
  2. When returning items, make sure to provide the agreement number to the courier.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 1-4 business days after the returned items are received and approved by our return center.
  • Once approved, you will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp.
  • The refunded amount may take 1-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
